Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Easy Email Filter web application (the "Service") operated by Easy Email Filter ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Easy Email Filter is a web-based tool that allows users to view, create, and delete Gmail filters through the Google Gmail API. The Service is provided as a convenience utility and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended for use by individuals who hold a valid Google account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Google Account Authorization

To use the Service, you must authorize Easy Email Filter to access certain Gmail API scopes. By granting this authorization, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We will access your Gmail filter settings only as directed by you;
• You can revoke this authorization at any time through your Google Account permissions page;
• Revoking authorization will immediately terminate the Service's ability to manage your filters.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its related systems;
• Use the Service to transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service;
• Use automated scripts or bots to access or interact with the Service;
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our express written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Easy Email Filter. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on Google APIs and other third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Easy Email Filter is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information obtained through the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EASY EMAIL FILTER, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Easy Email Filter and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Easy Email Filter is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Easy Email Filter regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
